CHICKEN MEATBALL SKILLET DINNER

Oh god you have no idea how much of  difference ground chicken  makes! Just replace all your ground beef with chicken if you don’t believe me. My family and I finished this dish in two days, it’s just that good! It’s fast, easy, and a crowd pleaser. Kids love it. it a great way to hide some extra veggies if you have picky eater. Add a bit of cheese and there it is! A flawless dish that’s perfect if you’re busy during the weekdays.

FOR THE MEATBALLS:

2lbs of ground chicken

4TBS flour

0nion powder

season all

cumin

cajun seasoning

pasley flakes

salt

pepper

OTHER THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

1/2 of a red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 of a orange bell pepper, chopped

 1/2 of a onion

1/2 a box of bow tie pasta, cooked

2 1/2- 3 tsp of chicken tomato bullion powder

2 1/2 cups of pasta water

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 cup of milk

OPTIONAL ADD IN:

cheese

 

PHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

WHEN  COOKING PASTA COOK IT 2 MINUTES SHORTER THAN NORMAL

 

MEATBALLS…..

1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, flour, 1 tsp cumin, and 2 1/2 tsp each of the rest of the seasonings. With your clean hands combine the mix well.

2.  Start making meatballs, roll the meat  in your hand into balls.

3.  Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Place meatballs a few at a time in the hot oil. brown on each side.

4.  After all meatball are brown, place them in a pan. Put in the oven for 10-20 minutes.

 

LET’S PUT IT TOGETHER…..

1. In the same skillet, add a little more oil and put in bellpeppers and onions. Saute for 5-10 minutes.

2. Add bullion and some of the pasta water let cook for 1o minutes

3. Add the pasta and litte more pasta water cook 5 minutes

4. Add  meatballs cook 5 more minute.

5. Add milk and cream of chicken soup. Cook 15-20 minutes.

6. Serve , top with cheese if you want, and ENJOY!!!!
