This is another recipe request from another lovely subscriber, LiLgirly78 . She ask me to make a banana pudding with my twist on it. Well lets this say I twisted it all the way around but I really hope she likes it! I took all the tradtional stuff out and replace it with new stuff. It’s just so good I might make it this way all the time. Please keep the request coming I’m having fun creating recipes you want to see!
Now I know what you’re thinking just by reading the recipe. How dare she put caramel, toffee bits, and shortbread in a banana pudding! But toffee and caramel with bananas is a combination you’ll never dream of! Shortbread cookies do not have eggs in them so they’re light, and soften almost instantly in that pudding. Even if you hate caramel try you next banana pudding with shortbread cookies. I bet you will be throwing vanilla wafers out the window!!!
